Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not yet open — our packaging already meets export standards, and we will announce it here and to our newsletter when it launches.

Dispatch and delivery times

Everything is handmade in small batches. Once our team accepts your order and payment is received, orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days.

Transit time after dispatch depends on your pincode, the courier serving your area and whether you chose normal or express delivery. Your order tracking page always shows the confirmed dispatch date and expected arrival once your parcel is on its way.

Courier partner

Orders are shipped by a reputable courier chosen for your delivery area. Once dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order tracking page and are sent to you on WhatsApp and email.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat ₹175 per order, anywhere in India, regardless of weight or destination. This amount is inclusive of GST at 18%, the rate applicable to courier services. It is shown in your basket before you check out, and is not included in the product price.

Festival periods

During Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi and Diwali, courier networks run at capacity and deliveries may take longer. We recommend ordering early for festival gifting.
