Privacy Policy
What we collect, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. That is all. We do not ask for anything we do not need to get a parcel to you.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, to send you order updates on WhatsApp and email, and to answer your questions. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news about festival collections — you can stop those at any time.
Payment information
We do not collect or store card details. Payment is made directly by UPI or bank transfer, so your banking credentials never pass through this website.
Who else sees your data
Your name, address and phone number are shared with our courier partner solely to deliver your order. Order data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
Your choices
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to connect@aliveheritage.co.in and we will action it.
Cookies
This site stores your basket in your own browser so it survives a refresh. We use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising trackers are used.
